Framework

• Door frames of chemically treated Salwood.

Doors and Windows

• Teakwood panelled main door. Internal doors of flush doors. Toilet doors with fibre shutters. All windows with marble sill internally. 2 & 3 track powder coated aluminium sliding windows.

Decors

• All internal walls will be painted with emulsion paint. Externally to be painted with cement based paints.

Kitchen

• Granite platform with stainless steel sink and ceramic tiles dado 0.6 mts above platform with provision for washing machine.

Electricals

• Concealed electrical copper wiring with modular switches.

Toilets

• Toilets with WC, wash basin, soap dish and shower with hot and cold arrangments. Free internal plumbing for toilets.
